Midtap Coke and Oil Products Export Terminal
Description
The project consisted of the structural basic design of a marine terminal at the Alexandria Port, Egypt, and the basic and detail engineering of all electromechanical facilities for loading oil products (Diesel, Jet A1), into 50.000 DWT tankers. It is worthwhile to mention that the communications between Chicago (USA), Cairo (Egypt) and Caracas (Venezuela) were successfully handled with an Internet-based Project Point control platform.
