Description
This "turn-key" project included the Design, Field Inspection, Procurement and Construction Management of a new cement terminal at Carúpano for Silos Caribe C.A.
An existing ferry terminal has been modified and upgraded with flexible berthing and mooring dolphins that secure the ships alongside a 300 square meters concrete platform.
The facilities that make up this complex are:
Bagging (1,400 bags/hour) and bulk loading facilities are also available.
A dock with a 300 m2 platform, with two dukes of dawn and an access bridge.
A storage yard for gypsum ore with its ore handling and ship loading system.
Other facilities include an electric substation (750 kVA),
Water distribution system, trucks weighting, office building, lighting.
