Description
The Moruy II block is part of the Rafael Urdaneta Offshore Exploration Project. The project consisted in the execution of High Resolution Monochannel and Multichannel Geophysics studies in this block, with the purpose of detecting and locating risks in the first 100 m of the subsoil where the exploratory drilling would not have protection.
The interpretation of the Monochannel and Multichannel Seismic records made it possible to rule out the presence of geological risks, such as faults or accumulations of shallow gas at high pressure.
